Maiyn for retail

Every shopper, shelf and till, understood.

Maiyn is an AI agent for stores and supermarkets. It watches the cameras you already own, stops the losses a sales report can’t see, and tells you every morning what to do about them.

Four places a store loses money every day.

01

Money leaves at the till.

Refunds with no customer, voided items, drawers opened without a sale. Till fraud is quiet, daily and hard to prove from a sales report.

Till checks match every refund, void and no-sale to what the counter camera saw.

02

Shoppers walk past empty shelves.

A gap on a fast-moving line costs a sale every few minutes, and nobody notices until the evening count.

Shelf availability reads every monitored shelf face and sends a restock task while there is still stock in the back.

03

Queues send customers home.

Shoppers abandon baskets when the line looks long, and the rota was written for last month’s rush.

Queue playbooks tell the floor manager to open a till the moment the line builds.

04

Decisions are made on instinct.

Sales data shows what sold. It does not show how many came in, where they stopped or why they left without buying.

Insights measure footfall, conversion, dwell and peak hours from the cameras already on the wall.

A store manager that never sleeps.

The Maiyn agent writes the morning brief, answers questions about the store, and acts on its own when something needs doing.

Loss prevention

Till checks catch what a sales report can’t.

Maiyn reads each refund, void and drawer opening from the point-of-sale system and checks the counter camera at that moment. A refund with nobody on the customer side is flagged with the clip, the till and the cashier, ready for the manager to review.

  • Cash drawer opened without a sale
  • Sales rung up to an empty counter
  • Visits flagged by behavior, with their reasons

Shelf availability

Restock before the shelf is bare.

Each monitored shelf face is read cell by cell against how it looks when full. When it drops below the level you set, the aisle team gets a restock task. Shoppers standing in front are ignored.

For brands and distributors

Shelf data that brands will pay for.

FMCG brands pay for shelf space and end-cap displays they rarely see. Maiyn produces a shelf and display report for each brand: how much of the day their product was on the shelf, and how many shoppers stopped at their display. No images or personal data are shared. Stores can turn their cameras into a new line of income.

Your staff

Know the counter is covered.

Draw the area behind each counter once. Maiyn learns who works there, keeps them out of shopper figures, and measures how the team serves customers.

Intelligence on top of the systems you already run.

Connect your POS, inventory or online store and Maiyn joins what the cameras see to what the systems record.

POS + cameras

Real conversion, average basket and sales per visitor. Every refund and void checked against the counter camera.

Inventory + shelf cameras

Phantom stock: the system says 48 bags of rice, the shelf is empty. Stock is in the back, misplaced or missing.

Online orders + footfall

The whole business in one view: who browsed in the store, who bought online, and how pickups load the counter.
