Overview
Edge Pro is the workhorse of the range. It has the headroom to run detection, visitor re-identification and the search index on sixteen streams at once, without sending video anywhere.
Two network ports keep the camera network separate from your office network. An optional LTE modem gives alerts a second way out when the line is down.
Search that runs on site
Type “red jacket, backpack” and the index answers from the unit. Thumbnails are searched locally; no footage is uploaded to make search work.
Two networks, kept apart
Cameras sit behind LAN 2. They are reachable from the unit and nowhere else, which keeps the camera network sealed off from the outside world.
