Overview
Edge Max is built for the sites other systems struggle with: a warehouse on a generator, a fuel station at the end of a rural line, a distribution yard with one bar of signal.
It accepts anything from 9 to 36 volts, switches to a 12 V battery without rebooting, and carries on alerting over LTE when the fixed line is out. Dry-contact inputs and relay outputs wire straight into door sensors, sirens and existing alarm panels.
Rides through the outage
Wire a 12 V battery to the second terminal. The unit charges it, switches to it without restarting, and tells you it has done so.
Speaks to what is already on the wall
A weapon or intrusion alert can close a relay, so the siren you already own sounds without a cloud round-trip.
